Bio
Rachael graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, receiving her Bachelor Degrees in Sociology and Human Communications. After completing her undergraduate degree, Rachael enrolled in Denver University and received her Master’s Degree in International Intercultural Communications. Rachael began her career in advertising at Karsh Hagan.

From 2011 – 2014, Rachael managed the Tourism Bureau of Denver “VISIT DENVER” account, CU Nursing, Anschutz Foundation, The Thacher School and supervised the corporate intern program. Looking for a change in her career, she found herself stepping into a new industry and a new environment at KPMG. She has been with KPMG for nearly a decade. She sits on the National Brand team and oversees Innovation Marketing for the firm.

A passionate proponent of Brand beyond its marketing function – instead as an organizational imperative – Vanessa is an infinitely curious Strategic Advisor dedicated to helping organizations uncover and activate the powerful brand truths that move the needle and make a mark. She brings nearly two decades of agency, brand, and consulting experience to the table and has worked across virtually every category to craft compelling brand stories and strategies designed to exemplify each organization’s unique position, engage their ideal audiences, and enthuse their teams. With listening as her superpower and connection as her calling, the focus of Vanessa’s work is to go deep beneath the surface to unearth what each brand truly stands for, so they can stand out among the crowd, stand out in people’s minds, and stand strong in their truth across every function of their operation.

A Denver native, Vanessa finds her greatest joy in connecting with the people, places, and experiences that make her hometown so special, and revels in spending laid-back Sundays with her husband and two dogs.

Bio
James is responsible for the strategy and operations of the Caregroup at Included Health (IH), as they support our patients with meaningful and empathetic healthcare pathways. Prior to IH, James spent nearly a decade at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on designing and executing healthcare strategies, building new healthcare products, and conducting large-scale organizational transformations. James has a BS from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
