MMCO Welcomes New Program Manager, Lily Werthan

We’re excited to introduce Lily Werthan as the newest member of our Minds Matter Colorado team! With over a decade of experience in education and a deep commitment to supporting young people, Lily is poised to make a significant impact as our new Program Manager.

Lily comes to Minds Matter Colorado with over a decade of experience in education and nonprofits. She has served as a classroom teacher in public high schools in central Mexico as well as Denver’s Bear Valley International Baccalaureate Middle School and Denver School of Science and Technology, as an outdoor educator for immigrant and refugee youth at Women’s Wilderness, and as a Minds Matter Colorado Volunteer. Lily has dedicated her career to helping young people succeed and thrive, and she is thrilled to continue this mission with Minds Matter Colorado.

Lily holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education. Outside of work, she loves to cook up a good meal, get outdoors to explore our beautiful Colorado parks and trails, or cozy up to read or paint.

Lily is joining the MMCO team as a Program Manager.
