10 Mentors Needed!
As a 98% volunteer run organization, our mentors are at the heart of what we do! We believe every student deserves the support and guidance of someone who can help them dream bigger, aim higher, and navigate the journey to college. While we have many amazing adults committed to our sophomore class already, we currently have 10 incredible, motivated young people embarking their three-year journey with us who need mentors to guide them along the way.
Are you ready to impact a young person's life, broaden your own network, and join our amazing community?
Prosperity Denver supports MMCO
Prosperity Denver Fund (PDF) was started in 2018 after Denver voters passed a ballot initiative that called for a 0.08% sales tax to be distributed to nonprofits providing scholarships to Denver students. MMCO had the opportunity to participate in a pilot for a High School Support Services Reimbursement Program with PDF to provide funding to qualified organizations for high school initiatives aimed at increasing postsecondary preparedness and enrollment among low-income Denver residents.

20 Years Serving Colorado
2024 has been brought many reasons to celebrate because it has marked our 20th year of serving students in Colorado. Not only did we host our most successful CELEBRATE event to date, but in honor of our past, present, and future, and thanks to the generosity of the Choksi family and many of you, our Endowment is alive and well and will be a sustainable financial resources to us for years to come. Thank you to each and every person in this community who continues to support our more than 270 alumni and 105 current students.
Back to School
October 21 marked the official kick off of the class of 2027. With the start of our sophomores, all 105 of our students are officially back. We are so excited to have these amazing young people and the more than 110 mentors, site directors, summer program managers and program team leads in our program and cannot wait to see what the year has in store. Shout out to our 34 seniors who had these beautiful headshots taken by our friends at Kara Pearson Photography and Laura Sandry Photo.
